“A crowd of what appeared to be around 2,000 people, including members from the Michigan State football team, gathered Thursday night at the Michigan State University Auditorium to hear from whom many call the most influential man on campus.
Kirk Cousins addressed the group in order to shed light on the promo statement and title of the event: I Agree With Kirk.
Cousins began the evening by comparing his reasoning in participating in the event to the excitement after watching a great movie or seeing a great football game, to which the crowd cheered.
The senior quarterback then went on to say that it is that same kind of excitement that made him, and continues to make him, want to share his faith in Jesus Christ with others…”
