About 85 youth from all over the Metro Division came out for the Hammond-Munster Prayer & Praise Night on April 16, 2010. It was an awesome night filled with God’s Spirit, testimonies, worship, and teaching. Vincent Johnson from the Chicago Kroc Center gave a powerful message on Romans 12:2, encouraging us to not conform to the world, but to chase after God’s perfect will, all the while remembering how much He loves us.

Remember that we record each message at Prayer & Praise Night put them on our website for you to download for free. Check it out on the homepage (it’s called “Hammond-Munster P&PN Message”), and listen to it on your way to school, or on the bus. Whenever you want. It’s there for you at your convenience.

Photos will be posted on our Flickr account ASAP! Check back soon!

The next Prayer & Praise Night will be at the Irving Park Corps on Friday, May 28. This is also the same day that the Band of Survivors team will be announced. Esteban Pommier (Hispanic Ministries Director at Rockford Temple) will be bringing the message (in English!). So come out for an awesome night of hanging out, worshiping and teaching.
