Earlier today we received word (via Facebook) that our website had been featured on a podcast from Ministry Toolkit, a Salvation Army site of FREE ministry resources for Churches. More specifically, they were featuring a post we did on our Alternative Christmas Gift Guide, and for that, we are grateful. Ministry partnerships are a beautiful thing.

With that in mind, we thought we would give a shout out to Ministry Toolkit by posting some info about who they are, and by posting the episode of the podcast we were featured in (hint, follow Ministry Toolkit):

About Ministry Toolkit
The website is a groundbreaking database for Salvation Army program resources. Corps Officers, youth leaders, Home League secretaries…all are welcome to download and upload resources to this site!

You can rely on the Ministry Toolkit to have resources. And we hope that we can count on you to upload your own. Have you ever found a really awesome website for your ministry, or created a great youth or Women’s Ministries program? Well, this is the place where you can share that content!

The Ministry Toolkit is a searchable database. Type in a key word or phrase to search. From there you can select which type of media you are looking for (audio files, video files, documents, images, or weblinks) and then you can choose a department to help narrow down your search. Finally, you can sort the search results by newest items, oldest items, or alphabetically.

ANYONE can download! But the Ministry Toolkit will only thrive if you take ownership and upload your OWN content…that means content that you, yourself have the right to upload. To upload content, you’ll need to register. Registering is free, easy, and only requires a valid e-mail address.

The Ministry Toolkit staff sincerely hopes that you will enjoy this site, and that you find resources that will help you in your ministry. After all, that’s why the Ministry Toolkit exists in the first place—we want to help you help your Corps!

To visit their website, head over to www.tsamtk.org. You can also follow them on Twitter, and Facebook.

And now for the episode we were featured in! Ta – da!
